Questions

What happens next.

What's the next step?One email. That's it.

You send me your store URL. I take a view-only look at your account, and within a week you get a short Loom: what's working, what's leaking, what I'd do first. No deck, no discovery call required.

What if we don't want to work together after? Then you keep the audit.

Implement it in-house, hand it to your current agency, ignore it — it's yours either way, and there's no follow-up sequence chasing you. If the honest answer is that you can fix things without me, the audit says so.

What does working together look like?Depends on your setup — there's a usual shape.

It depends on where your account is, but the first two months are usually deliverability, the automation build-up, and campaign strategy. After that we revisit and shape the rhythm around what's working for your case. Everything runs through a Notion calendar you approve; updates come as Looms — calls are optional and usually skipped, because the Looms are faster for both of us.

What does it cost? The audit is free. The rest depends on your account.

The audit costs nothing and comes with no strings attached. If we work together afterwards, I quote after the audit, once I've seen inside. Because you're paying one person instead of an agency's overhead, I usually come in at around half of what an agency charges for the same work.

Do you need access to our account? If you have one, view-only is enough.

If you already have an email platform, view-only access is enough for the audit. Nothing changes without your approval, and you can revoke it the moment we're done. No account at all yet? Then we start from a conversation instead.
